01How quickly will I get a quote?+
We send a preliminary offer within 30–60 minutes during business hours. For non-standard cargo — by the end of the business day, as carrier confirmation is needed.
02Do you handle groupage?+
Yes. Regular LTL lines run between Ukraine, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria and Italy. The minimum shipment is one pallet.
03Who is in charge of the shipment?+
One dedicated manager runs the route from your first request to confirmed delivery and handover of the signed documents.
04What about customs clearance?+
We check the invoice, packing list and HS codes before the truck is dispatched, issue the T1 and work with either our broker or yours.
05How is the price calculated?+
The rate depends on the lane, cargo type, weight and mode (FTL, LTL, express). It is fixed in the booking; extra charges apply only to additional work you've agreed.
06Is the cargo insured?+
Basic CMR cover always applies. On request, we arrange additional insurance for the full declared value of the cargo.
07How do I get status updates?+
Your manager reports loading, border crossing, key route points and unloading — by email, phone or messenger, whichever you prefer.
