No BEAUTY specialist will ever suggest a treatment “just in case”. If your skin needs rest right now, we'll tell you exactly that — and refund any course treatment you no longer need.

You leave your details — our coordinator calls back within 15 minutes, asks a few questions and matches you with the right specialist for your needs.
An examination under a magnifying lamp, a skin assessment and a review of your home routine. You receive a written plan and an honest answer on what to do now and what can wait.
Quiet, soft light, tea and a blanket. Your specialist talks you through every step, pauses whenever you say “stop” and never changes the plan without your consent.
A note in your messenger: what to do, what to avoid and when to expect results. No product upselling — we name ingredients, not brands.
Seven days later your specialist checks in herself: how your skin feels and whether everything is clear. Any adjustment needed within the protocol is free.

Every specialist works in a narrow field, holds a diploma and completes at least two advanced trainings a year.

Safety & equipment
A Melag Euroklav autoclave with a logged record of every cycle. Each instrument pouch carries an indicator and a date. We'll show you on request.
A microcurrent device, an ultrasonic skin scrubber, RF lifting and a Hydra system. All with valid registration certificates from Ukraine's Ministry of Health.
We record allergies, products, batch numbers, expiry dates and before/after photos. You can take your record with you or receive it as a PDF.
Medical procedures are performed by doctors with a university degree. Diplomas and training certificates hang in our reception — not in an archive.

For face and body treatments, yes. The consultation with Skin Map analysis takes 60 minutes and its full cost goes towards the first treatment of your course. Manicure, brows and hair don't require a separate consultation.
Consultation — UAH 1,500, facial protocols — from UAH 2,800, manicure — from UAH 1,000, brows — from UAH 800. The price is fixed after the skin analysis and does not change during your visit. If it becomes clear along the way that a different protocol is needed, we agree it with you first.
Yes, free of charge up to 4 hours before your visit — just message us or call. For later cancellations or no-shows, we retain 30% of the treatment price: by then we can no longer offer that time to another guest.
Only products and devices certified in Ukraine with valid registration certificates. Every ampoule or syringe is opened in front of you, and the batch number and expiry date are recorded on your visit card. Instruments are sterilised in a Class B autoclave — we'll show you the cycle log on request.
Yes — for any amount from UAH 1,000 or for a specific treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months, come in printed or digital form, and can be passed on to someone else or topped up if a more expensive treatment is chosen.
